eWater Cooperative Research Centre
"eWater's Board is committed to sound strategic planning and corporate governance."

The eWater CRC is managed and governed by eWater Limited, an unincorporated, limited guarantee company established for that purpose by the eWater CRC Participants.

The role of the eWater Limited Board is to set and oversee the company's strategic direction and goals. eWater's independent Board of Directors has a diverse range of experience within the Australian water industry, including commercialisation of Australian technology, R&D management, strategic planning and resource policy development.

'The eWater Board is skills-based, with six non-representative Directors appointed from the partners, and three other independent Directors including the Chair. The Directors are selected to augment eWater's strategic skills in commercial business activities. All eWater partners have input into the strategic direction and management of eWater through the Participants' Forum, which advises the Board.
