"Achieving the right balance between innovative R&D
and the delivery of practical tools to our partners."
eWater's business structure reflects the key parts of the eWater value chain. The key business units cover product research, development and application; communication and marketing; and business operations.
eWater explicitly understands the knowledge value chain on which it was created. We recognise that the water industry needs more than just state-of-the-art decision tools. There needs to be strong quality assurance, stakeholder acceptance, support for industry adoption and application, training and capacity-building, and an assurance that the decision tools will be sustained in the market place in the long term. These are the operational principles that guide eWater's Executive Management team.
